conditions. Placement of an order indicates your acceptance
of these terms and conditions. You must read and understand
our terms before purchasing from our web

Product
Disclaimer
Some
products are intended for off-road/show/race use only and
are not intended for use on public highways. You are
responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and
federal laws.
Shipping
Policy/ Damaged Shipments
All
shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Superior
Styling Bars LLC. ships all orders in perfect condition and
is not responsible for any damage that may occur during
shipping. Superior Styling Bars LLC. shall not be
responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates
given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to
charge backs, price reductions, and/or other offsets as a
result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated
time of delivery. You must inspect the contents of your
order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages
should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery
receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the
shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You
must refuse the shipment if it looks or is damaged.
If you sign for the parts, you are signing your name and
agreeing that these parts are not damaged and in good
condition. Once the
delivery slip is signed, it is generally not possible to
place an insurance claim with the shipping company and
returns at this point are generally
impossible.
Order
Return/ Cancellation Policy
Cancelled
orders are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the
original purchase price. Special order items may not be
cancelled. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been
shipped. We will not pay for return shipping on returned
product. All items are sold as is, if your body shop does
not have the experience to install or not willing to do the
extra work if needed, Superior Styling Bars is not
responsible. Pictures of product must be taken with high
resolution and emailed to help @ superiorstylingbars.com.
Nothing can be done unless pictures are presented to us in
case of a claim or product switch.
Returns must be
made within 5 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not
be accepted on any items that have been used, modified,
installed, primed, painted, or damaged in any way. Original
shipping charges and return shipping charges are
non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping
arrangements. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE
APPROVAL FROM Superior Styling Bars LLC.

Order
Acceptance and Submissions
Your
receipt of an electronic or other form of order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order,
nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Superior Styling Bars LLC reserves the right to accept or
decline your order for any reason at our discretion.
Superior Styling Bars LLC reserves the right at any time
after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you,
to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item
and adjust your invoice accordingly. Superior Styling Bars
LLC may require additional verifications or information
before accepting any order. By submitting your creative
ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials (your
submission) you grant Superior Styling Bars LLC a
royalty-fee, perpetual and irrevocable, license to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create
derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the
public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in
part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other
works in any form, media, or technology now known or later
developed without any notice or compensation to
you.
International
orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations
Superior Styling Bars LLC is not responsible for shipping
delays or any additional fees for international
orders.
Limitation
of Liability and Disclaimer
The
Superior Styling Bars LLC website (superiorstylingbars.com)
and the materials therein are provided AS IS Superior
Styling Bars LLC makes no representations or warranties,
either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the
operation, contents, information, or materials contained
therein. You agree that Superior Styling Bars LLC and all
of its employed shall not be liable for damages arising
from operation, content, or use of the Superior Styling
Bars website. You agree that this limitation of liability
is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind,
including without limitation direct, indirect,
compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and
consequential damages.
Superior
Styling Bars LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
Superior Styling Bars LLC shall immediately issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount
charged.
Jurisdiction
You agree that
any legal action brought against Superior Styling Bars LLC
shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA
without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree
that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation
arising from your use of or orders made on Superior Styling
Bars LLC shall be an appropriate federal or state
court.

Typographical errors
Superior
Styling Bars LLC is not liable for errors arising from
typographical errors including but not limited to incorrect
prices or product descriptions. In the event a product is
listed at an incorrect price or the product description is
inaccurate due to typographical error, or error in pricing
or product information received from our suppliers,
Superior Styling Bars LLC reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for the product(s) in question
Superior Styling Bars LLC sign reserves the right to refuse
or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged.
